I am a petite 19 year old female who is over 50 lbs overweight. I have been overweight since I got my tonsils removed at age 5. My New Year's resolution is to lose the weight. I want to supplement my diet and exercise with a diet pill. However, I have some stipulations for the diet pill I take. I don't want a pill that can become addictive or have serious possible heath affects. I want a pill that can easily work with my "diet." I am currently away at school with a required meal plan, so eating healthy is a lot harder than if I were to be cooking the food myself. My diet may not always be the best or healthiest due to the lack of options given to me. I would also like to know as much as I can about the diet pill, and why you think it might be the best option for me. I am not looking for what pill you personally use or one that looks effective on TV. I am looking for a pill that will help me loose the most weight possible along with diet and exercise.

The one that will make you lose the most weight is ALLI. But make sure that you read ALL of the information with it. It can cause some undesired side effects if you don't follow the strict diet that it "suggests". One of the undesired side effects is a very loose stool that may be explosive at times. Alli blocks your body from absorbing all fat that you eat. The fat will literally just pass right on through the body causing the very loose stool. It is the ONLY FDA approved weightloss pill. It was a prescription a few years ago, but it was double the strength causing double the side-effects.The other over-the-counter weightloss pills speed up the metablosim causes a rapid heart weight, which trains the whole body and leads to high blood pressure and other cardiovascular problems.

No diet pills work permanently. Most of them just jack ur metabolism (and heart rate) up w/a ton of caffeine. They're not healthy!! I have tried a lot and most you only lose 5-10lbs in water weight, which u gain back as soon as u go off the pill. The most I lost on diet pills was 20 lbs, but when I got off of them I gained back the 20 plus 10 more. They screw up your metabolism. Trust me, the best thing is diet &exercise. The only one that sounds reasonably healthy is that one approved by the FDA, alli. Just make sure to eat a healthy diet, take a multivitamin, and exercise in addition to any diet pill you take

You may start scanning the streets for some meth, or coke, both being excellent diet drugs with superiour results. Kidding!Don't rely on chemicals. As long as you're dedicated and disciplined, you needn't use drugs.
