I've done WW on and off for a few years with varying success but have just joined Rosemary Conley online. She has a very good range of diet plans and is generous with carbohydrates which I find invaluable!!! She also places a bigger emphasis on exercise which is important - I had one WW leader who encouraged me to NOT exercise until I reached my goal weight in case the muscle gained weighed more than fat - never mind the health aspects!! Good luck with whatever you try.

You say you like to eat normal food - you do this with both Weight Watchers and Slimming World. You just need to make sure you follow the guidelines and ensure you have a lot of variety in your food choices so that you don't get bored. There's no quick fix. Just perservere!

I know it's a lame answer but eating healthy and exercise are the best way to lose weight and to keep it off. It's not fun most of the time but it works. Make your exercise fun, like dancing, or playing a sport you love! The main key to keeping it interesting is to keep changing your exercise plan so you won't get bored with it. Good Luck!

Hi JenBasically its up to you , you know what is bad and what is good , and you need to have the self control to manage what goes in your mouth!! If you can eat sensibly , whatever you like , but within reason , and carry out a regular exercise regime you will lose weight , if you cant be arsed , you wont lose weight .. really is that simple , good luck.

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed. Also do leg squats against the wall. 3 sets of 20 will do fine.Make sure you squat all the way down and come up slowly.Do this every other day or till you stop hurting .Try this for 4 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.Good taste and goes down smoothly.Been taking it for 5 yrs now.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS http://www.amazon.com/Whey-Protein-Powder-American-Nutrition/dp/B000XW VT7I/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1?ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1197660714&sr=8-1
