Eat a high protein diet, not fast food junk, not chips, cookies, candy, etc. Do sit-ups and walk a lot or ride a bike. Ask your Gym Teacher for help.

First of all, when you try to lose weight don't start off with irrational goals (like your wanting a six pack). That will come with hard work. Focus on becoming healthy and losing weight first. Start off portioning yourself. Cut down your junk foods and sweets chunk by chunk. Eat low glycemic carbs (pastas, few breads, tortillas, etc), non greasy proteins, vegetables, and fruits. Cut out sodas and drink plenty of water.Exercising doesn't take workout machinery. You should be doing cardio workouts if you want to loose that much weight. Start off walking for a mile or two and then move up to a brisk walk (power walk). Then after a week of that try jogging and slowly gain speed over time. If you don't like running try bike riding (it will also build leg muscles) or swimming or even jump roping. Anything to get your heart pumping and your body moving will make you healthier. If you are looking to build and then tone muscles, sometimes your high school might have "Open Gym" where there is a coach to supervise working out or playing sports; it should be free. If not then look up local gyms where you don't have to pay a lot.Good luck and I hope this helps!
