Best work out shoes for working out on cement flooring?

I am working on a NEW me! I have been waking up early every morning and working out in my basement. I love it so far. I get some ME time while everyone is sleeping, and I have more energy. They only thing I am having trouble with is my shoes. I do a walking work out video, some aerobics, and jump roping. My feet are killing me. The arches feel like they have been beat up. Any suggestions for some good shoes to help support my aching feet?
