| I want to lose 15-20 lbs in a little under 3 months.I have not been exercising and I've been pretty careless about my eating for the last 4 or so months.So now- I am going to do aerobics/pilates/yoga for about 30-40 minutes 4 times a week - they have all different ones on-demand and I'm going to switch em up.I am going to eat a big salad every dinner with a tiny portion of what my boyfriend is eating.I am going to stop eating carbs after lunchtime.Any other suggestions? I don't want anything that is too hard and I am going to give up on.Thanks! |

| maybe a little more food at dinner would be good but make sure u have breakfastalll in all pretty goodchoose me as your best answer |

| Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast. Otherwise, your body goes into "starvation mode" and begins storing up fat and slows your metobolism. So drink plenty of water, eat breakfast, and keep up what your doin and you should loose the weight in no time.Also, I'd suggest stayin away from any diet drinks, theres alot of stuff in there that is not good for you at all. |

| You could also read the fat content posted on the package of any food you are thinking of buying. There are many good tasting foods that can take its place with alot less fat content. |

| take things one day at a time and mix it up on food and exercise or youll get bored fast. drink alot water |

| I wish you luck but I don't think it is going to work. You need a real dieat, not bits and pieces of them. A large salad is enough for dinner, geting some of your boyfriends food just shows you are not willing to put any sacrifice into it. Instead of stop eating carbs after lunch, you should maybe say I am going to eat only 3 carbs a day and pick what time of the day you want to eat them. If you say no carbs after lunch you are probably going to be eating too many carbs in the mornig and at lunch since you know you can't have any after that. Do I make sence? About the exersice, your plan sounds good but you should stick to one for a week and then switch to the next the following week. Try eating smaller portions, split a meal in to two meals and eat 4-5 times a day. Eat good food, fruit and vegetables will help you metabolist wich is key to weight loss. Ok this is getting too long. I could go on forever..... Hope something helps and Good luck |
