| im 5'8'' and 128 lbs.im on the swim team and swim about 3 nightsim not extremely muscular am i overweight? |

| Not at all. You are perfectly normal. In fact, an average 5'8" person should be around 130 or so pounds. |

| The measure used to determine if people are overweight, underweight or normal weight is the BMI or Body Mass Index. Being 5'8" and weighing 128lbs puts you at a BMI of 19.5 which is normal weight. Normal weight is between 18.5 and 24.9 on the BMI. So you're actually towards the lower part of normal weight, which is good. You are actually at what is medically considered the perfect weight. |
