| Is it possible?? Im going to be starting varsity lacrosse march 1st and you need to be able to run around alot and even more importantly you need to be big with all the hitting...i need to gain about 18lbs and i want this to be muscle, not just fat....only problem is i have a real hard time gaining weight and i have to run ALOT to prepare for lacrosse....i got a protein drink, ill drink that every day and work out every other day...going to be running probly 5 times a week....ill drink alot of water.....what else should i do?? |
