So I run a lot, and do lots of exercises. I'm not at my desired shape yet. I was wondering if there was a web site that has info on diet and fitness. Or maybe just more facts from u guys.

To lose weight you need to either take in less calories, or expend more by burning them with exercise. To lose 1 lb of fat a week either cut out 500 calories a day, or exercise off 500 calories a day. If you do both you would lose 2 lbs a week.Make sure you get enough water and sleep. If your doc says its ok take a multivitamin like "Womens: one a day" or "viactive: Flavor glides"For weight loss focusing on cutting calorie intake try Weightwatchers.comFor extra help on your running try Runners World magazine.

to lose weight, you have to eat SMALL portions 5 times a day. thats a really healthy way of losing weight. &and you must exercising at least 4 times a week. to tone your muscles, do some weight lifting but not heavy weights. just light weights for a lot of reps. [unless you want to gain muscle, in which case you should do heavy weights, but less rep] figure out your target heart rate, and try to stay in it. some exercise machines will do that for you. dont overexercise, either, cuz then youll start burning muscle instead of fat.its best to do cardio exercises for over 20 minutes[which is minimum in order to get results] but under 45 min[after which you will probably start burning muscle]

What are you eating? Weight lose and body design is 30% of what you do and 70% of what you eat. Keep at it and look into you diet. If you are working at restructuring muscle then you watch your caloric intake, do cardio 3x a week, and weights to tone. Good Luck!~
