| i have a trip to iceland coming up, we will be going swimming and i want to lose some weight i have about 3 months to lose about 2 - 3 stone i need a sustainable diet and exercise plan to get me thin and toned. i have athsma though so i find it hard to run or get ouffed out. please help me xxx p.s i weigh 11 stone and am size 12 (uk) |

| OMG size 12 wow what do you need to lose 3 stone for. Girls would cry for your size, i know i would.Just cut down on eating rubbish food, plenty of fresh fruit and vegs no sweets, crisps and walk more places than drive. |
