Sounds like a good start. Make sure that sandwich has very little mayo/mustard, has lots of lettuce and no processed lunch meat which is high in salt and nitrates. A sandwich of chicken breast is good (not breaded either--plane chicken).Make sure your drink lots of water, no sodas.

Ofcourse it will - you just got to make sure you stick to it. But remember, don't be too harsh on yourself and don't allow yourself to get hungry.East loads of salad with your meals. So low in calories and so filling. I try to have a salad before i eat anything else for dinner and i'm full.Good luck x

Any alterations you make to your food and work out schedule will help you lose weight. By making small changes (such as walking to school instead of driving and taking your dog for a walk) you are already facilitating change to your body! Also, by going through your daily food intake and recognizing where you can make changes, you are enabling your body to adapt to a better lifestyle. If you really want to lose weight, identifying fatty foods in your daily diet and replacing them with healthier alternatives is definitely the way to go! So yes, I do think that this will help you. Just remember that it won't happen right away so be patient and wait for the results--you'll be surprised by how changing just a little something about your daily routine can really change your body!(and 152 pounds at 5'6'' is NOT fat!)Good luck!
