| I'm looking to lose weight, but more importantly, build muscle and gain flexibility. i love being active, but find myself losing motivation in whatever i end up doing. i tend to want to succeed at it, and then when i dont see great potential (or get stressed!) i dont stick it out. i like hiking, short runs, swimming, basketball, bouldering, yoga, anything outdoorsy and physically challenging. anyone have suggestions on what they love to do to both keep in shape and enjoy life? (on a tight college-student budget?)Thanks! |

| meditate with an early morning walk~for real!~it makes your whole day go betterkeep your meditation simple, like "things that i love" or "the colors around me" , concentrate on your simple meditation while you power walk, listen to relaxing sounds while you do thisFORCE yourself to do whatever work out you choose for 15 days.... after doing something for 15 consecutive days it becomes a habit |
