| I'm willing to buy this bike: http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=7789780And. I'm 5'8 and 150 pounds. So I want to ask. Since it has a monitor, let's say that I tried to lose 3,500 calories and calories OF FAT every other day.(3,500 calories = 1 pound) I don't care if it's healthy or not so please don't say anything about health, cause I could care less. Plus, if I also had a nutritional diet. Will that help me lose fat in my midsection? And when will i see the results? Cause I know your body first uses up your energy, and then it uses up fat. And I'm a very energetic person. Even after jogging for 2 hours each day. I still feel like going. So I don't want to hear about anything else. When I buy this, I just plan to use it, run 3 miles each day, do vertical exercises, and other exercises. (Pushups, situps, squats, etc.) So I was wondering. Can this help me reduce fat? And when I can see results? And I also do it every OTHER day because I want to rest my body. So ya |

| Any form of cardio will help to reduce body fat, so if you choose to use a bike consistently then you can bet you'll lose body weight too. |

I use a Mountain bike, and ride 10 - 15 miles per day, during summer. |
