| I need to lose weight quickly. I have been directed to ZCA Stack, which is a powerful weight loss pill. I was checking the review sights and it scored incredibly high, but only got a 7 out of 10 for safety. I really want to lose weight and could use a little help and my cousin said it worked for him. Should I worry about the 7?ZCA STACK Question |

| there is no safe quick way of loseing weight..or a miracle pill for that matter either..don't put that crap in your system and just do it the old fashion way Diet: protein & excersize: 1 hr a day |

| Bodybuilding.com has great articles about anything health/fitness related. Do a search for weight loss and a number of articles will pop up. There are also great bodybuilding forums like anabolex.com and professionalmuscle.com where you can get help as well |

If you want to lose weight. Take all the sugars out of your diet. If you can do that the weight "will" come off.No candy, cookies, cakes etc.No soft drinks. If you want one, drink something like Coke Zero or Pepsi One. If you drink tea or coffee use splenda instead of sugar.No foods with white flour products like white bread, white rice, mashed potatoes. These things are starchy. Starches turn into sugar, sugar into fat so this will help lower cholestrol levels also.Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread. I eat Nature's Own 100% whole wheat bread "sugar free". You will find it on the regular bread aisle.It is amazing how a sugar filled diet packs on the pounds. Take them away and the pounds will go away too....I promise.Another amazing thing is exercise. If you have access to a threadmill and are physically able to ---Try this on a treadmill:Walk slowly for 30 seconds (speed it up a little) Trot/Jog for 30 seconds(speed it up more)Run for 30 seconds........ REPEAT THIS walk/jog/run 8 timesYou will be able to walk slowly for sure then when you speed it up to jog your heart rate will increase. When you start to run your heart will really start ticking. After that 30 seconds, you slow it way down to a slow walk and this gives you time to recover from the run and your heart rate will slow down. Then when the 30 seconds of slow walking is up you start your jog again and then the run etc.What you are doing is messing with your metabolism by having your heart rate speed up, slow down, speed up.I put a clock with a second hand near the treadmill so I can watch the 30 seconds. It will be easy to forget what session you are on when you have to do 8 so I get 8 pennies. Everytime I finish a run I move a penny to another pile. Then I know when I am done. While I am down to the slow walk I usually take a sip of water or something. You will get hot so I put a fan behind me and have it blow on me. I think it only takes 12 minutes. Can you spare 12 minutes to shed some pounds? Sure!True story...I finally talked my sister into trying this. She did it and the next morning she tried on a pair of jeans that were too small and she was able to zip them up. That could have been just her but she freaked out and was back the next day.The first 2 days I did it I think I ran too fast. My upper legs hurt so bad it hurt to get out of my chair. It was a good hurt though It will become a lot easier the more you do it because you will be getting in better shape and having a healthier heart.Good Luck..... |

| You must be talking about weightlossresearch.net. That is the site I used to find Hoodia Chaser, which is the weight loss product I use. (It works great by the way) Anyways, when I was making my decision I emailed back and forth with the makers of weightlossresearch.net and asked them a few questions. The reason it is listed as a 7 is because it is so strong that if you have a pre existing heart condition, or other extreme health problems you need to consult a physician first. I have a heart murmer, so I went with the Hoodia Chaser, but my wife used ZCA Stack and she lost weight faster then I did. It wasn't joking about 10 for power! |
