You can snack in between just not junk food. Try snacking on apples and other healthy foods.

Sometimes stress does this to people. Make sure you savor every bite, its really all in your head...just the thought of how it will taste

If you are still hungry, then have a second helping of veggies or a serving of cereal like special K or an apple. Veggies are so low in calories that they really won't matter if you eat extra.

Fill Up on FiberFiber takes up space in your belly without adding many calories, says Rolls. It also slows the rate at which food travels through your digestive system, she says, and that keeps you feeling full longer.Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains all pack lots of fiber and a hefty dose of vitamins. Start your day with a bowl of oatmeal or whole grain cereal topped with fruit, add milk or yogurt, and chances are you'll make it to lunch without a trip to the vending machine

try doing these two things:lower your bread consumption (this includes toast, oatmeal, pastries, rice, pasta,) anything from the bread group. these foods increase cravingsafter every bite of food, drink a sip of water. this will fill u up but you will wind up consuming less calories
