Hello.I believe that if you are really working according this program plus workout properly at the gym and sleep well (At least 8 hours !!) this should do the work.About the protein I still recommend you to use some protein shacks or protein bars (though they are expensive).Protein is important not just for muscles but to skin and other things our body system plus not all protein you take really gets to the muscle so is wasted in the toilets.Hope I have helped you

If you want to get into the sport of bodybuilding then I would suggest that you lift weights but if you just want to build muscle and get rid of fat there are other exercises that you can do instead of lifting weights that will actually build muscle without lifting weights. http://weightloss-obesity.blogspot.comActually any exercise you do whether it is walking, running, biking, aerobics, Pilates, yoga, whatever exercise you do builds muscle. So if you do exercise on a regular basis then you are going to build muscle. Combined with a high protein diet you can build muscle but it will not be muscle mass
