| So tell me your best way to lose weight.what kind of food do you eat?how much do you work out?pilates, yoga, taebo, recreation center?how long does it take to kick in?thank you for your help. |

| I think everyone looses weight their own way for instance me and my fiance can go on the same diet and he looses weight and i dont it makes me mad. |

| A vegetarian dietI eat pasta, rice with quorn or tofuQuorn korma is a great dishAs is vegetable stir fryIf you introduce more vegetables into your diet and start cooking more rather than sticking a pizza in the oven.Don't snack in between meals, if you must then eat fruitDrink lots of waterI walk every day and dance in my room sometimes |

| How long? Overnight! Or 24-48 hours.. I eat ONLY fruits and vegetables throughout the day and do weight lifting and ab exorsises 1-2 times and I lose about 5 pounds a day... The more you workout, the faster it will take because your metabolism will be easier to kick start. |

| Weight Watchers is best. Regular food, not in boxes unless you want those frozen dinners. The whole family can eat what's on the plan. You can keep it up for long periods of time.Whatever kind of excercise works for you is best. I used to teach ballet, 24 classes a week, which translated to 24 hours of dancing. I had a terrible time keeping my weight down. Now that I'm old, I don't worry about it anymore. |

| Eat lots of green veggies and drink lots of water, no junk food, walk at least 30 mins 3 to 4 times a week. | if you do want to lose weight do not stop eating!!! but instead of eating a tripple whopper eat a salad or something healthy ... fitness try to do sit ups as much as you can but dont give up when your at your limit take a break but if your doing to look better or to get a guy... guys like girls for their personalaties..sure you could lose weight but girls are like flowers they all bloom differently.another girl would be a skinny tulip but you may be a chitweed!! they're big but beautiful!!!you can do it i beleive in you!!good luck |
