Try googling a BMI Calculator that will tell you what's healthy and what's not for someone your age and height. http://www.blubberbuster.com/height_weight.html is one of them just fill in the fields...

Well, the general rule of thumb is 100 lbs for five feet in height, plus 5 pounds for every inch thereafter. This is loosely based on the national standards, and just a guideline, but it's easy to use and calculate. It absolutely helps that you are physically fit, because you can be an ideal weight and not in shape at all. So it's truly a balance. Take care and good luck! Andrea in NJ

use the body mass index. If you are an athlete you might weigh more or less than the body mass index. you should go by body fat % then. you will need calipers or a fancy scale to determine your body fat.

for 6'1.5 you should be about 150-180 pounds...give or take because of muscle weight. just keep at the sports and you'll be fine. but it's not only excersise, it's also a proper diet, so eat healthy too.
