| ok so you all dont think I am overweight, but i really would like to tone my stomach and butt. I had a nice 6 pack at one time and now there is just that little flub over it and I hate it, and I have always had somewhat of a ghetto booty but i am getting sick of it. If anyone would like an accountability partner...like we can message each other and talk or what not and motivate each other in that area that would be great!!!! I want to do it but getting the motivation is hard since there really isnt anyone around here who either needs to or has any interest. thanks in advance and if you are interested then answer and I will message you |

Here is the perfect place to find an exercise buddy...or 2. I belong to a free site called spark people. It tells you how many calories and glasses of water you should take in per day, and helps you keep track with its built in calorie counter. You can also track your exercise and chat with others who have similar goals and interests as you do. The key to this program is to still eat what you like, but just less of it, and you keep track of your calories to stay under your daily limit. This way you learn a healthier way of eating in order to keep the weight off!In your case, just starting your page and getting some buddies may be all ya need! :DSo far I have lost 13 lbs in just under a month.Check it out, and Good Luck! http://www.sparkpeople.com/ |
