Please, I'm not going to buy a yoga or pilates video or take a class. Just tell me some stretches to do at home without spending any money.

I use to do dancing and every lesson they would have us do stretches and exercises to get warmed up. They use to get us to do the splits as far as we could go and to practise that.I'd try that. Just keep doing things like the splits or sitting on the floor, spreading your legs and trying to lay flat between them. Just practise every day =) I ended up being really flexible from it.

Do stretches every day and work at it progressively. You can't become flexible overnight. Work at the rate you are comfortable with, and then slowly increase the difficulty (length of time, length of reach or both). stretch link: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/stretches.htmStretching not only improves appearance, lengthens muscles, and gives that lean, toned look on stage, but it also improves fitness and health. It is the ultimate for preventing injuries; in fact, at least 50% fewer overextension injuries are reported with athletes who use a regular stretching routine compared to those who don't! Stretching is a great warmup or cooldown and improves muscular coordination, as well as prevents soreness and promotes faster recovery.Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.Nothing beats healthy eating.Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week. Eat yourProtein from (lean chicken, fish, egg-whites and beans) Carbs from fruits and vegetablesDrink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
