My bf and I gained a bit of weight during the Holiday season due to drinking & eating... So we made a bet to see who could lose 5pounds if possible more beginning Jan 1st and ending Feb 1st. . . The loser pays for a trip to anywhere in the U.S that the winner would like to go... Since the 1st I have been eating salads, fruit, and drinking plenty of water... Next week I will begin to work out again... but is there a good diet or method that I can do to lose 5 pounds from here to Feb keep in mind I will work out at least 4 days a week Mon-Thurs and hopefully sat mornings... but what is the fastest way... ??Also usually at the gym I power walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and do the stair master for 30 min is this enough what else is good??
