| This is my diet plan.....Morning- cup of warm skimmed milk..Lunch- Lentil soupsnack- an apple or whole grain toast with bit of philadephia liteDinner- Lentl soup with 2ounce grilled chicken.......I do in between workouts.. it comes up to 3hrs excersice.........all i need to know if i go on this diet for 2months how much will i expect to lose? I only want to lose 30pounds anyway, but just in general, whats the average weight loss in 2 months?I workout everyday, cardio and strenght training..... Thanks guyss |
