Develop a high protein diet. You can get some good books on this kind of thing, like the "Body Builder's Bible"

Work out with heavy weights less reps longer rest. Immediately after or during workouts drink a protein shake. 30mins later eat foods with high protein and low fat ie. chicken, steak with fat cut out, pork, fish, bison

Ok, you can gain muscle by converting fat into muscle through workoutssince you have no fat, you need to make some and quickly convert it, eat more chicken and potato and steak, they have protein, also egg whites(not yoke) helpyou should work out everyday, but don't do the some workout every day give your muscles a couple of days to restyour muscles only grow when they are resting if you work out your arms, the muscle kinda rip and a couple days later they begin to heal and get bigger, but if you keep working out the same muscle your only going to damage itso one day you could work out your legs, next day arms, next day chest, next day back, and then start the cycle all over again

look up the ABS diet (its a orange book written by the ceo of Men's Health magazine), is a diet but really helps build up muscle. The thing I would watch out for is because you are 14 your body is not fully developed and if you stop exercising like at 20 or 21 because your partying too much you will gain weight very easily, I was 135 lbs until I was 19 then by 21 I was 165 now I am in my 30's and 225 and its not muscle!!Be careful.

At 14 you are experiencing alot of changes and thinking you will get rock hard muscles overnight is unrealistic it is going to take dedication but a good start would be drinking high protein shakes and more meat in your diet, less carbs and i would invest in the perfect push up. It is sold at wal-mart for $20.00Best of luck to you!

What you eat will not build muscle without working out. Eat lean protein and vegetables, limit the carbs, and do some light weight training. That will generally get you muscle tone without fat. You're not going to eat your way fit, no matter what you do, exercise is the key. I admit to having some fat around the middle, but mostly I'm lean muscle and it's from lifestyle. I lifted weights for years and I work a lot with my hands (chainsawing, splitting wood, home remodeling). If you don't have weights available, although I think most schools have weight rooms, or are uncomfortable in a gym, there's plenty of exercises you can do at home. Don't need anything special to do crunches and push-ups, and walking will keep your legs toned if you do enough of it.
