For most of my life I have been overweight, and then 4 years ago decided to lose some weight. Did it with weight watchers and eating a lot less processed foods. But now that I have lost the majority of the weight, i have about 15 lbs to go. I have a lot of fat left in a part of my body, where most women do not want fat or any kind of bulge. I have about an 1 1/2 of pouch in my bikini area. I have a hard time wearing tighter clothes because of this area. As any one ever had this after a large amount of weight loss? Also does anyone know the name of the procedure that is done in plastic surgery?I had scheduled an appt before I wrote the question so went to a surgeon today and had a consultation. It is a tummy tuck w/ liposuction. But Thanks for all the advice! It came to around 6,000 dollars for the procedure.

Tummy tuck or body lift. You have to see a Dr. to see what you need. Having loose skin happens sometimes to people who lose a large amount of weight as you did. The skin has been stretched for so long and so much.Congrats on the weight loss!

WOW, that's remarkable. I am very proud of you.The procedure is a tummy tuck. Doing some exercises for that area might help as well. I would ask a professional, because you might not need surgery.100 pounds of weight gone, WOW
