| I'm 22 years old, 6'3, 59lbs. Now I’m thin but i do eat allot. I exercise often, like cycle to work or mountain biking or walking my dog. I'm trying to gain some weight by not exercising but it's not working. So that’s not the problem. I did gain 1 lb but lost it the next day. It seems I’m always 59 lbs or 60. I bought a we scale btw so that’s not the problem either. Here’s my daily food intake. I work outdoors btw. Morning 7:00am : Porridge and 2 slices of white toast with butter. 9:30am : cream crackers with sliced cheese, nuts, banana and a yogurt. 11:00am : pork sandwiches and an apple. 2:30pm : Bread roll with chips and garlic sauce on it, jaffa cakes and 2 Oranges. Then home and at 4:00 pm : on way home on train, 2 packets of crisps and a yorkie bar. Home at 5:00 pm. 5:30 pm : Roast potatoes with cabbage and roast beef or lansana or pizza or chips with beans. 8:00 pm noodles. 10:30 crackers with cheese and some biscuits. Now can you please tell me what’s wrong with this food intake. |

| Try ensure my brother and father use it. The shakes make you gain weight and there really good. |

| You should definitely gain about AT LEAST 50 pounds...drink high protein drinks. It should help. (And not just unhealthy stuff like chocolate...eat eggs, meat, etc.) |

| In my opinion I think you're seriously underweight. I think you should gain some weight... I'm 140 pounds =\ You make me seem fat ahah. But on a serious note, go here to verify what I said is true or not. It tells you whether you're overweight, underweight or just in the middle which is good.
