| If the height and weight data you offer is correct, you need to be directing your questions to a medical doctor. I am wondering if you meant to type 159 lbs rather than 59 lbs. Even that would leave you thin in the low normal body mass index category at 6'3. I have great difficulty accepting that a 6'3 22 yr, old who exercises the way you describe could actually be viable person. |

| well for a start you are haveing to much fats you need not to eat late at night try the build up that is the best thing when trying to put on weight i would go to your doctors and ask him what is the beat for you. |
