For instance if a person can't bat or barely run, will drugs cause him to excel? If not how do you know whats the person and whats the drug?

umm they are anaboilic steriods. and they dont enchance ur game... they enhance YOU! they raise ur strength. which in the end enhance ur swinging power, which results in hitting the ball harder. and getting more HR
