| March 2nd i'm going to Hawaii. I'm 5'4" and 136lbs. and would love to be 125, or at least in the 120s.4-6 times a week i walk/run 3-5miles.I've also been watching my diet by eating healthier and not eating past 7pm.Do you think i'll reach my goal?I would really appreciate any exercise tips too!=]] |

| dude of course u'll reach it if u really put ur head in it. heres a trick i learned before a meal drink about a pint of water coz it'll fill u up and u wont eat as much then. also do bout 25 stomach crunches every night. at this r8 u'll lose 20lbs!!! |

| any combination of exercise and diet will work as long as you dedicate yourself to it. make sure you know what "eating healthier" means for you and try to diversify your workout. mix in some weight lifting with your cardio. or to really give a boost combine the two. a good fitness trainer will give you some drills that do both. |

| Try this:to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.Good taste and goes down smoothly.Been taking it for 5 yrs now.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS |
