have this plan, but please DO NOT recommend anything (ex:weight watchers, another diet,special k,etc..) i am getting tired of people recommending things or people just saying like, " thats bad for your body & no protein" and not even answering the question. A simple YES or NO would do.Breakfest: Oatmeal(wieght control)Lunch: a sandwhich that is kind of like tuna but its not tuna instead chicken breast with miracle whip instead of regular mayo & cucumubers. an apple & waterdinner:salad with tomatoes & cucumbers and LIGHT ranch, with a banana. Excercise: 130 situps, tae bo(99min), 2 miles(running&walking)(mostly walking) or a couple times around the neighborhood.WILL IT WORK? i planning to do it for 8 weeks, will i lose 8 pounds. like i said before DO NOT recommend anything or just give your opinion and no answer, a simple yes or no would do.
