| have this plan, but please DO NOT recommend anything (ex:weight watchers, another diet,special k,etc..) i am getting tired of people recommending things or people just saying like, " thats bad for your body & no protein" and not even answering the question. A simple YES or NO would do.Breakfest: Oatmeal(wieght control)Lunch: a sandwhich that is kind of like tuna but its not tuna instead chicken breast with miracle whip instead of regular mayo & cucumubers. an apple & waterdinner:salad with tomatoes & cucumbers and LIGHT ranch and water. Excercise: 130 situps, tae bo(99min), 2 miles(running&walking)(mostly walking) or a couple times around the neighborhood.WILL IT WORK? i planning to do it for 8 weeks, will i lose at least 10-12 even 16 (2 pounds each week) pounds. like i said before DO NOT recommend anything or just give your opinion and no answer, a simple yes or no would do. |

| Its not bad but dont forget your abs is a muscle and muscles need 48 hours of rest to full recover. But the rest is pretty good. |

| maybe try this instead:to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.Breakfast oatmeal and a fruit or a breakfast bar and water.Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.no eating after 7pm !!do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.P.S.American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal.Good taste and goes down smoothly.Been taking it for 5 yrs now.Good luck: CLICK ALSO ON TO MY FREE WEBSITE HAS FREE WORKOUT PLANS AND FREE DIET PLANS :)FROM THE STAFF OF BOEAFITNESS |
