My goodness ... if you're overweight, then I'm a cow! LOL!! I'm 5'5" tall and can wear either a size 10 or 12! Still, people tell me I'm at a good weight/size. So it's my opinion that a size 8 isn't bad at all, especially for your height. As to weight ... you describe yourself as having a very active, athletic lifestyle. Did you know that muscle weighs more than fat? Running, playing tennis, swimming ... all these build muscle! Personally, I'd be happy with myself if I were you! Way to go!!!Best Wishes!Pat http://psumpter.blogspot.com/

don't pay attention to the number look at your waist size and how does your weight look on you. with all the sports you do you probably have a muscular build and muscle weigh more that fat. just try to tone your body more if that will make you feel better.
