GET SERIOUS. Go running or Jogging TWICE day for around 60-90 minutes.Cut out ALL junk-food in your life, and replace it with nutritious foods like fruits, veggies, whole-wheat bread and such like that.No slacking and No cheating. remember, if you cheat, your only cheating youself. Good Luck!

yea i agree with the guy before me(Jay tee). and if its hard for you to change your diet, its usually easier or better to do it gradually. change a few things at a time. just make sure u keep with it and don't give in to temptations of brownie sundaes and stuff like that!! lol although once in a while is fine.

Try to get equal amounts of you vitaminsFor example try to get Vitamin C naturally by eating an orange or a tangerine, if you don't have any, go with Orange Juice (Get the pulp brand its MUCH healthier)To get your Proteins try eating any meat besides Beef or anything Fried. Tuna and Chicken are good examples.Vitamin D and Pottasium are very essentail for Bone and Muscle Growth and can help the muscles tone up after a workout- These can be found in Bannanas, Dark Cabbage, Milk, BroccolliFiber is a very good way to lose weight although I reccomend exercise as well. Try to get 10-15 grams of Fiber daily, replace your bread with Whole grain bread, eat cauliflower or broccolli, and basically eat any dark green vegetable. As for the workout routine, try to do 30-45 minutes of Cardio (running or jogging),Yoga is a good way to help relieve stress and maintain oxygen levels to help enhance a workoutTry doing Muscular Fitnesses cause Muscle Burns fat, try Sit-ups or Pushups as these can be done manually without a gym member ship or a machine.NO PILLSAchieve weight lose the right and healthy way through exercise and Diet. No sweets or Candies and try to get in 1 gallon of water everyday to flush your system of toxins..Happy Holidays.

Dear Huma,First of all, I hate to disappoint you, but fast weight loss is often unsustainable weight loss. For example, I once went on what was pretty much a starvation diet over the summer holiday to impress my gorgeous girlfriend. The result? I lose 15 kilos over 2 months, only to gain them back a month later after I stopped watching my weight. For sustainable weight loss, you should be looking at a combination of aerobic and strength exercise, as well as healthy eating. Aerobic training burns up calories (and it should be your focus if you're looking to lose weight fast). Do jogging, swimming or cycling AT LEAST 3 times a week. The remaining days you can use for strength training, which will build up your muscle mass and help your body burn up more calories faster. Ideally, you could have a full workout schedule - for example, strength training on Monday, aerobics on Tuesday, strength training on Wednesday, etc. Also, healthy eating is extremely important. Eliminate all high-calorie foods and sweetened drinks from your diet. Eat 4-6 times a day, but stick with small portions of healthy foods, such as fruits and vegetables. Meat is good after resistance training sessions due to its protein content. Chew on food for about 20-30 seconds, as that will make it easier to digest as well as give you the feeling of being full much faster (it takes 20 minutes for your stomach to realize that it's stuffed full).
