| My doctor mentioned my testosterone leve is a bit low according to my blood tests. I am a skinny guy (age:22) and I am tired of others mentioning how thin I am. I want to build some muscles but I am vegetarian (religion/buddist). Its time for me to transform from a girly boy to a toned man.What do I eat/or what exercises do i do so my testosterone levels get help and I build buscles?Any secrets you fitness dudes have for a beginner? |

| I would suggest protein powder. It will supplement the protein that you are lacking from being a vegetarian. Cretin is also good for use if you are working out but beware when you quit a workout regimen you will drop loads of weight. So I would stick to protein supplements. |

| build up by doing press ups and try sit ups, chin ups and weights. also eat plenty of protein. |
