|
| I seem to be hungry and thinking about food all the time. My mother complains that I'm eating her out of house and home. I work out fairly regularly and walk a lot. I'm only 5'6 130 lbs, 21 years old, and I'm not putting on weight. I'm not weak or sick and my thyroid is fine (I had it tested). How can I not eat so much without geting hungry and skinny? |

You might just have a super fast metabolism.I am not sure what you eat, but try eating more proteins and while grain carbs. They will fill you up for a long period of time. I like a banana with peanut butter personally for a snack, because the peanut butter is especially filling. Also, try cottage cheese and yogurt, or celery and peanut butter with raisins for snacks. As for dinner, eat things like meat, brown rice, sweet potatoes...anything that will "stick to your ribs" do so to speak.Good luck! |
