| Today was my first day back to gym after a long time. I started walking on the trademill and my thighs and belly were felling so itchy!I know that its normal to feel this after a long time of not going to the gym.Is there any tip that can help me avoid this? |

| It is just the circulation comming to your body, it is caused when the blood starts pumping in places it hasn't been for a while. The solution, excercise regularly. and the feeling will simply go away after a while. |

| The same thing used to happen to me when I ran in colder weather or if I hadn't run in a while. My thighs would start to itch like crazy and I looked goofy trying to scratch my legs and run at the same time. I read that it was caused by histamines that are sometimes produced during vigorous exercise. I got rid of the problem by taking an antihistamine (an over-the-counter allergy pill, to be specific) about an hour before working out. I use Claritin, but there are other antihistimines out there also. Give it a try. |
