im and i workout and i know most of you are going to say that im to young to workout cause im still growing i dont care i play highschool football m 5"8 145 and im a running back and i need some weight and muscle fast for my junior year need ideas fast please help

Actually this is the perfect time to start lifting, because your natural growth hormones will magnify the effect.Ask your coach. If he's any good, he has an offseason lifting plan for his team.Better yet, go out for other sports. Wrestling in winter and track in spring are the perfect complement to football.
