Hi, i started the LA Weight Loss Centers Program about 9 weeks ago. So far, i lost 10 pounds off of 187.8 lbs. So i am now 177 lbs, but still have no stamina or energy to do exercices. I have a stepper at home that i use every 2 days, but i can't use it for more than 5 minutes. My body gets sore very easily and has no endurance for pain. (Childbirth was a blast!) I am seeking help from you guys to give me detailed exercices (how to do them and what it does) so i can up my weight loss and gain energy and endurance. Thanks alot for your help. Please don't use links, as i am using a work computer and most external website are blocked out. Thank you.I also wanted to add that i am only 5 feet tall, have a 2 year old son and work full time. I don't have much time to exercice but i try to make time for it. I am happy with the diet plan i am following and don't believe in taking supplements besides vitamins. Thanks for the help.Other edit: I am allergic to any type of fruits and have asthma, which is the reason i have no endurance for exercises. I am not asking about what to eat, LA Weight Loss centers handled that, but i need exercices that will do more than tone up some muscle.

I would recomend alot of cardio, tredmill, bicycle , stair stepper etc... eat more foods that burn up quickly for a loss in weight plus eat foods that have a quick release energy level such as banannas apples etc....become a fruit fanatic buy a chart with the list of fruits and what substences are in them, stay away from the greenbeans heavy starch like bread and potatoes, the healthier you eat the more energy you will have the more cardio you do the more energy you will haveid recomend a banana apple and protein shake in the morninga carb right luncha sensible dinnerand all the carb right snacks in between, and in no time youll be good to go

for now I would just start walking regularly and daily. you need to do at least 30 minutes continuous and work your way up to 60. then start on the stepper after you can walk for 60 minutes strait.

A Women's multivitamin or any mulitvitamin may be helpful. It's all that I would recommend for vitamins. I don't know much about the foods in your program but fruits and veggies are crucial for energy. Find a good source of protein as well like chicken. Maybe you need a change of venue regarding the stepper. You may be already bored. Make sure you turn on some good music. You can also jog or do a fast walk. But you'll need to exercise at least one hour five days a week if you really going to lose the weight. Don't expect those results overnight. It'll take months or years. You didn't get your weight overnight, right? To build your endurance make sure that you are mixing it up your cardio routine. That should help. I wish I could offer more but I have to get to work. Take care and good luck.
