i have about 5 weeks, maybe four now...to get toned before i go back to school for spring semesterwhat are some exercises, workout plans that i can do to tone my body?specific parts i want to tone/improve are myabs, arms, thighs and gluteus maximusi don't need to or want to lose any weighti just wanna shape upthanks Very Happy

run each day, but also do squats and bench pressing.Loosen up with the running, then go into the large muscle exercises like squats and bench, then finish off with crunches to.Don't forget to eat your protein and cut out the fat

ITS FUNNY BUT U HAVE TO WORK OUT UR HOLE BODY AS TO LOSE ANY WHERE U NEED TO DO ALOT OF CARDIO/WALKALSO DIETEAT 5TIMES DAILY EX:OATMEALPUDDINGWHOLE GRAIN BREAD WITH JELLY APPLESOUPEAT EVERY 2-3HOURSSMALL MEALSTRY TO NOT HAVE RICE,PASTA,COKE,SODIUMGO0D LUCK
