| iight im 13 years old right now. when i was 11 i went to lebanon i was overwieght then then i went to lebanon started swimming and i grow taller i came bak to canada and people told me i lose wieght so i started workin out cuz i dident when to go back to the way i was. i came bak to canada in augest but i dident start workin out till october but i worked out everyday 50 sit ups and ten push ups i had abs and ma chest got bigger at the age of 11. i kept on workin out till summer i had a 6 pack and people were amazed when i told them i was 12 i turned 12 in april. i stop in summer gave ma body a brake im 13 rite now i still have abs and i still lok bulit but i wanna work out again and eat more healthy i and answer on how i can get riped abs. |
