| Yes, it is very possible unless you are very close to your bodies appropriate weight in which case it is harder to lose those last few pounds. |

| 1-it's not good to lose 5 pounds in a week because you are more likely to gain it back later. your goal should not be more than 2 pounds a week.2-every 3500 Calories that you lose= 1 pound of fat |

| It depends how much you weigh now. If you are overweight, yes - it's very possible because the heavier you are, the more calories you burn doing everything. If you aren't very heavy and you have a lower BMR (calories burned naturally), then it might be harder. I can figure it out for you and tell you exactly how many calories you can eat every day to lose 5lb in a week if you tell me the following:-age-sex-height-current weight |
