I have a job where I need to put stickers on doors so I walk up and down the stairs all day. I hoped it can help me lose weight but it didn't really helped...how comes? It's sport isn't it? My friend told me that it will only give me muscules on my legs and that't it. My legs got stronger and even thinner I think but i'm not sure. But everything else is the same. Waht can it really give in those terms and in health?
