| basically i have started doing exercises, i have been running just under 1 mile a day mostly uphill, although my calves are toned my thighs could be better, i am doing 60 press ups a day, weights, side bends. the type of food i eat is salmon and tuna. i am 5"2 and weigh 10 stone and am size 12 but i have problem areas these are the tops of my arms and thighs and i dont know why i dont lose weight and how long it should take i am not very up on it. also i wonder this is to all avid fitness fanatics how do you keep yourself motivated i find it boring. |

| OMG, I do also have trouble working out and doing it daily, but you just need to keep going, and eventually it becomes parts of your life. Alot of people don't realize that working out and eating right is a lifestyle change, and will be something that you need to do for the rest of your life. The best I can say is to keep running, increase the distance weekly, this will keep you metabolism going. Eating fish is a god way to get healthy protein, and just watch your calorie intake. If you stay motivated, you will see results. It may take a while, but don't think of this as a temporary thing, you will have to be healthy for the rest of your life. Hope that helps. |
