Hi! Do you do this exercise every day? It seems that you might be burning valuable muscle mass by running approx 3 miles everyday, along with a pretty extensive leg workout. Worse case, you might suffer an injury due to over working your lower body.I am 31 y/o female that have been working out for over 10 years. I have stuck with a pretty routine workout of running/aerobic exercise 3 times a week, and weight lifting 3 days a week. Here is my weekly schedule:Monday - Run 3-5 miles/Spinning/Cardio TennisTuesday- Weight train chest/armsWednesday - Run 3-5 miles/Spinning/Cardio TennisThursday - Weight train back/shouldersFriday - Run 3-5 miles/Spinning/Cardio TennisSaturday - LegsSunday - off dayI have maintained my weight from 110-120 over the past ten years, and never became too muscularly. I believe a nice toned upper body is just as important as your lower body and abs. Hint: I f you work you upper body (especially your back), it makes an illusion that your waist is smaller! :)Take care and happy training!
