| my weight is 130lbs and height is 164cm i am 18 yrs old female i don't do any excersce but walk 15 minutes to and fro to college. |

| Yoga breathing exercises only are enough. There's a breathing exercise called "KapalBhati Pranayam" which if done regularly for half an hour in the morning with empty stomach, will help in reducing your belly fast. It treats other problems too like blood pressure problems, breathing problems, stomach problems and so on and so forth. |

| Push-ups are actually good too. When you do them it tightens your abdominal muscles, which in turn helps lose belly fat. |
