I know cardio is a good way to reduce fat and I run everyday...however I need to trim my waist more specifically. Any good machines on the market for this?

Low fat diet and an elliptical trainer, treadmill, stationary bike, or rowing machine. You don't need a machine to do crunches. And those strengthen, but don't reduce waistline.

I got this thing from Matalan , you stand on it and twist like from your wwaist, keeping your feet in the same place, it was called a waist twisting disk, can give you a 6 pack slight thing, well cool muscles.

I am slim, and have a fairly good build muscle wise, but I cannot get rid of small love handles and a little excess weight on my stomach. It is terrible. When I have dieted just to get rid of it, my face looks way too skinny. Plus I am 6"2" and 175 pounds already, so for me to diet just to lose the excess 5 pounds around my stomach is ridiculous . I think I am gonna get lipo? Sorry, wish I could help. I do crunches, and all kinds of ab work. To answer your question. Laser liposuction. Look it up
