You're going to be just fine......excersise is a step in the right direction....I know getting used to a program is tuff, and you feel bad when you compromise it, but you're ok....you're doing far more than most people when it comes to living healthy (myself incuded).

I don't think that's bad.200 calories isn't that much and if you're doing that exercise to work it off then you shouldn't feel so guilty.

Do you need to stay a certain weight for a sport or something or is it just a personal goal?Either way, 200 c. won't matter. You can always lose what you gained today tomorrow or do extra excercise routines

well 2200 isnt really bad either and its only 200 over what u normally have...no need to freak out and exercise more...u wont gain weight! in fact, that wouldnt do crap to ur body and there is no need to freak out. im on a 5000 calorie diet with no exercise and i am barely gaining any weight!!!

being that your only getting 200 more calories than usual, and you ran 40 minutes you're fine. 200 calories = .057 lbs of fat. but that 40 minute run probably burned about 600 calories. So you really ended up with a loss of 400 calories (.114 lbs of fat). You're fine don't sweat it. And good job staying strong even through the holidays
