| I am a female. 142 pounds, 5'5", I dont look fat but my lower body is by far bigger than my upper body. I am trying to workout 4 time a week (30 mins elliptical,30 mins jogging/power walk). My big problem is that I HATE doing abdominals and I need to loose some belly fat. By just doing lots of cardio will I be able to get rid of it?? |

| You may lose a little fat doing just cardio, but realistically you're gonna have to do abdominal work to tone up that area. The best exercise for the lower abs is leg raises. If you just did leg raises and kept up your cardio workouts, then you should get great results. Hope this helps you. |

| cardio will burn fat, but it wont tone you up, so you have to do something.. Leg workouts can help alittle with toning your abs. just start slow with sit ups and it will get easier, I promise~! |
