I'm only allowed to walk at a slow pace (about 3.5 miles) but can do as much incline as I can handle. I think alot of my weight is water weight but I'm not sure. I can't take any water pills and I can't spend any money. I don't eat fatty/junk foods and I don't drink anything but water. I normally take a salad for lunch and don't use much dressing. What can I do so that I will lose this weight by March? I can wake up early and walk but I work after school. Any specific tips and hints would be great (Side note-If I hola-hoop for 30mins-1hour everyday, will that really help? Besides walking, that's about the only thing I'm allowed to do) Thanks for all of your help :)Would eating grape nuts help? I've been told that eating fiber-filled foods is good. If I eat 200 cals worth (1/2 cup dry) and spread it out till lunch, would that help? Thanks! |

| Just stay on track, you'll make it. As for water, there are some foods like grapes and watermelons that are natural diuretics - you might ask your doctor for advice. |
