I'm only allowed to walk at a slow pace (about 3.5 miles) but can do as much incline as I can handle. I think alot of my weight is water weight but I'm not sure. I can't take any water pills and I can't spend any money. I don't eat fatty/junk foods and I don't drink anything but water. I normally take a salad for lunch and don't use much dressing. What can I do so that I will lose this weight by March? I can wake up early and walk but I work after school. Any specific tips and hints would be great Smile (Side note-If I hola-hoop for 30mins-1hour everyday, will that really help? Besides walking, that's about the only thing I'm allowed to do) Thanks for all of your help :)Would eating grape nuts help? I've been told that eating fiber-filled foods is good. If I eat 200 cals worth (1/2 cup dry) and spread it out till lunch, would that help? Thanks!

Just stay on track, you'll make it. As for water, there are some foods like grapes and watermelons that are natural diuretics - you might ask your doctor for advice.

try drinking lots of water, have half a spoon of cinnamon each day, and eat every 3hours, so that ur body doesnt go in to starvation mode. good-luck!!*-*
