| I will eat about 1000 calories everyday. (before i was eating about 1800 calorie per day) Except for christmas, and maybe new years. but even on new years and christmas i am not going to go hog wild. i will also try to cut out fat as much as i can from my diet. on top of this i will use an elastic band to exercise my legs... i weigh 135 and i am 5 feet 5 and half iches tall... i want to lose about 10 pounds but i dont even care how much i weigh what i want is to lose inches.. i want to lose about 6 inches off my legsso anyone know how long this will take me?please dont tell me to run, swim, cause i just dont have time for this.. also has anyone done this before ??ok thanks alotand happy holidays |

you will end up gaining weight because you are starving your body. eat 5 small meals a day and eat healthy. you do need some fats in your diet. follow the food pyramid as much as possible.yes you will need to exercise. you cant lose weight by sitting on your butt all day long. just doesnt work that way. |

| your starving your body with that amount of food. try for 200-400 more calories and you will be good (you will still lose weight...and more effectively too!) |

| Dropping from 1800 to 1000 cal. is probably not healthy. You should ask your Dr.. To lose Inch off your legs try pilates. I did and lost 30 lbs and 3 inch off my thighs. Good luck! |

| Fats won't make you fat unless you eat them excessively, and they're important to staying healthy.Cutting down on carbs would be better, as your body will then look to breakdown fat and muscle to provide energy.Doing any exercise other than cardio is pretty pointless for weight loss, you won't burn many calories.Eating fewer carbohydrates should work pretty quickly.If it doesn't, exercise is your only choice! |
