| ok so were the heck is my six pack.ive been using six star muscle fuel creatine, running everyday, using my ab lounge, and lifting weights for a while now. the only results i see is after a good hard workout. but after a while it goes away.were is my six pack |

| ever try walking around all day with your stomach muscles slightly flexed and held in? that's what alot of people do.Also, the key to a 6pack is NUTRITION. all the crunches in the world won't help you develop it if you have a ton of fat or flab on your gut. do you eat mostly fruits and vegetables? a lot of protein? cut back on carbs |
