I would like to lose about 2 stone throught diet and exercise and would like a diet buddy to make sure I stick to my plan! Would prefer a woman with a similar weight issue.Well I live in a very rural area so I dont think that I will be able to meet any of you for example. I thought we could e-mail each other back and forth to make sure we both stick to out plans and compare notes about the bast way forward.

I bet your not overweight so don't worry about it. And trust me I have that issue too, I been on a diet before and I now hate to eat cake cookies stuff like that I think they taste nasty.

well i'm in texas but i will be your excercise buddy. i could stand to lose another stone myself. i looked up definition of a stone and webster says it is 14 pounds (lbs.) so you need to lose approx. 28 lbs. i think this is very do-able. i have lost 55 pounds (lbs.) (or 3 1/2 stone) so far and can't seem to get these last few pounds off. so maybe this would give me some inspiration. will you work out everyday? what is your plan? I will send you my email address. i am in texas, are you in england? this is going to be fun!

I've been thinking about trying to get someone to be a diet buddy for a while as I always seem to lose my willpower when I'm on my own. The thing that has put me off is just giving my email address out on the internet. So, I've started a page on my dieting website where people can put their basic profile and others can contact them. The good thing about this is that no one gets your email address unless you want them to.This is the way it works: If you want a buddy you just fill in a basic form and your details are added to the site. If someone wants to be your buddy they send an email through to me and I send it to you. If after you've read the email you think that they are the type of person you want to email then you contact them back. If you don't like the 'look' of them you don't reply and they never get your details. The page has only just started so there are only a couple of profiles on at the moment but please have a look at the page below and add your profiles to get a new diet buddy.Oh, by the way there's no fees or membership involved at all. It's all free.
